Family Ministry

The parish has an active family ministry led by Colleen Young. 

A special focus of the family ministry is the monthly All Age Worship at St Bartholomew's Church, Kaiapoi.

All Age Worship is a special service for young families held at 10.30am on the first and third Sundays of each month, at St Bartholemew's in Kaiapoi.

Barbeque sausages will be served immediately after the third Sunday's service.

We know that there are many pressures on families today which make it hard to attend church weekly. This is why we have developed a monthly opportunity for families.

If your working schedule doesn't permit you even this, why not invite your child's grandparents to bring them to the All Age Service.

Children grow up very quickly. Mark the All Age Worship dates on your calendar and plan ahead to make it happen before this precious time has passed. Give them the opportunity to grow into family values and memories that will last forever.

Other All Age activities include The Christmas Pagaent on Christmas Eve.
