St Bartholomew's Church, Cass St, Kaiapoi

St Bartholomew's Church

In 1855 St Bartholomew's, the oldest wooden church in the Diocese of Christchurch, was built in Damley Square. In 1858 the church was moved to its present site in Cass Street, after its foundations on a sand dune in Darnley Square gave way.

Worship at St Bartholomew's, 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9.30 am; 3rds Sundays at 10.30am (All Age Worship); 3rd Wednesdays, 10am.

St Augustine's Church, Island Road, Clarkville

St Augustine's Church

The church was consecrated in 1860.

Worship at St Augustine's on the 1st Sunday each month at 11am.

St Thomas' Church

Built in 1874 and Consecrated by Bishop Harper in the same year.

Worship at St Thomas' on the 4th Sunday each month at 11am.
